What the price will include (may be subject to change, final price will be posted July 2025):
*9 nights private villa stay (single and double occupancy options available)
*Entry to all attractions and performances listed above (and then some.)
*All ground transportation will be via private van.
*Transportation to and from the airport (DPS). However, if you arrive outside of the pick-up/drop-off window, you will be responsible to find your way to the villa. I can arrange for an airport pick-up, there may be an additional fee.
*5 days of jewlery making classes. Tools and materials (except cabochon) are included, so you will not need to bring anything. You may provide your own cabochon or purchase one from me; a size and shape will be provided at a later date. **If the price of silver goes above $35/ozt., there will be a surcharge.**
*Projects: Byzantine bracelet, earrings, ring, and pendant with bezel set cabochon.
*Breakfast included everyday at the villas.
*Box lunch at the jewelry studio (5).
*5 dinners. (3 at the first villa, 1 at the second villa and 1 at the fire dance.)
+++Private villa available for an additional $2100 (3 nights) at the first villa; 1 master bedroom available (+$200) at the first villa, first come first serve. If you are interested in either of these options, please reach out to me.
What you should know about this trip
*Our goal is to enjoy the local flare of Bali; food, music, art, culture.
*Much of our sightseeing will be on foot once we arrive on location, mostly at a leisurely pace. There will be only one hill that I know of.
*You are responsible for transit to and from Bali, Indonesia.
*Transportation for the entire trip will be by private van service.
*Alcohol is not included, consider purchasing before leaving DPS airport on arrival.
*Much of the sightseeing will be outside, be prepared for inclement weather!...oh, and it will be hot! and VERY humid.
*You are responsible for personal travel insurance and travel documentation (a visa will be required and may be purchased at the airport in Bali).
*Tips for services and souveniers are not included.
Optional Excursion:
*Do you want to see more of Indonesia? Extend your trip with an excursion to Komodo National Park to see the Komodo dragons, departing on May 16, 2026 from DPS (flight) and returning on May 18 or 19, 2026. Approximately +$750. Please let me know if you are interested in adding this portion to the trip.
Other important info
*You must arrive May 7, 2026 in Bali, Indonesia (DPS), time tba. There will be a van picking us up from the airport to our first destination. You are responsible for your own transportation if you can not make it at this time.
*Departure is May 16, 2026 from Bali, Indonesia (DPS).
*If you are traveling from the US, you must allow 1-2 travel days to reach Bali.
*You will be required to have an active Whatsapp account with an active international data connection for the duration of the excursion to ensure that we are in constant communication while overseas. Only using the wifi at the hotel or local cafe will not be sufficient.
Cancellation
*$300 deposit to save your place (applied to the final fee). This deposit will be non-refundable after Dec. 1, 2025.
Payment in full will be requested on or before Feb. 1, 2026. Any refunds given after monies are paid will be less 3% for credit card charges. No refunds after Mar. 1, 2026.
This excursion is subject to cancel at anytime due to Covid. Our criteria for cancellation will be based on, but not limited to, travel restrictions imposed by either the US or Indonesian government. If by April 1, 2026, attractions become closed, social distancing regulations that prevent group gatherings and/or movement as a group is prohibited, we will cancel the excursion in its entirety. A refund (less 3% for credit card payments) will be given if any of these conditions apply.
